Yesterday I got a Kensington wireless mini mouse. I found that the battery cover was not staying on, as well as multiple problems with the unit. I had one of these before, so i knew it was the unit. so, i emailed Support, and they replied saying they would gladly replace my mouse, no questions asked.
And, i do not have to go through the trouble of sending back the unit. (this was only 11.00, so i am glad it did not go o a ups label.) Anyways, i emailed back my info and got another quick reply saying they would send out another one.
I would definitely be interested in kensington products in the future because of this.
