Leopard Has officially been announced and available for Pre-order from apple. This is a great time to use that iphone Store Credit, or just to get your order in. If you are willing to wait, you can get it from amazon for twenty bucks less. When i went through amazon, it said it would ship November 5, so i went to apple. However, you can also go to Macmall and get the same deal as amazon, except you should get it on release day. So go with Macmall and Save $20.

I am sorry for the delay, but new content IS coming…

When The iPhone was introduced, steve said it was like buying a smartphone and an ipod nano. Later Reports found that You do have one Disadvantage: The iPhone does not Work with the Nike+iPod Kit. I have wated to try this out ever since it came out, but im not buying an ipod nano just so i can get a pedometer that plugs into it. I personally would like to see apple put the Nike Functionality on the iPhone. <——————–> End of Rant <——————–> – applgeek

The quality is a little bad, but it is there!

I decided to take the jump and Try Amazon’s New Mp3 Download Service When i heard about the Mac compatibility. Sure Enough it works great. You can get most songs for 89 cents, some for more, some for less. It is delivered to you in 256 Kbit Mp3. Heres how it works. You Find Song –> You Download Amazon Downloader app –> You Click “buy” and you are charged. You Download a .amz file. It opens the Downloader, Downloads your Mp3 File and Automatically Puts it in itunes with Album art, song names, titles, ect. It is a Great Service. You can even get universal Music DRM-Free. I will start buying whatever music i can at Amazon.  One note: Amazon Mp3 Will use your amazon One-click settings for your purchase. Make sure yu have the right credit card, ect for one click.

Kodak EasyShare M753

Price at Time Of Purchase: $149

Purchased at: Walmart. Also Avalible at Amazon.com

The Kodak EasyShare M753 is an affordable, Compact, 7 Megapixel Digital Camera That harbors a boatload of features for a Tiny Price. It Comes In Many Crowd Pleasing Colors– However if you are Buying this at a Physical Store, this can be Dissapointing When they Dont Have Your Color Of Choice. I had this Same Problem when going to Walmart, however i Didn’t Mind having the Copper Color. In My Exprerience, It Took Relatively Clear Pictures. It Comes With Digital Image Stabilization, However I found that it did not Really Make A Huge Difference in the quality. If i was in a Vehicle, It Would Help Moderately, but Most Of the Time It was Pretty Useless.

A Feature That Is also installed on the camera is a Ten Second Preview After taking the Picture. At First I found this Frustrating when taking Several Simultaneous Shots, But i Figured Out that You can Bypass it by Lightly Taping the Shutter Button. When Showing Pictures to Friends and Family, this Feature Was Extremely Useful And Saved The Trouble of going into “Review” Mode.

I Found This Camera to be an alternative to the Canon Powershot SD1000 Digital Elph, And I Thought it was worth saving the Hundred Bucks. It Provided Nice Pictures, An Easy To use interface, As Well As The Compact Design, Usb Charging Capabilty, and Scratch Resistant Exterior.

I Was Happy TO Finally Get Rid Of Those Expensive Digital Camera AA Batteries, as Well As the Extra Weight Of The Camera Overall. This Camera Is Great For any Normal Consumer. I Would Easially Give This Camera A Score Of 4.5 Out Of 5. Overall.

Ease Of Use: 5

Design:4.5

Picture Quality: 4.5

Interface: 4.5

Usability Of Features: 3.5

Yup. You’ve Probably Heard About NBC Not Renewing their Contract With iTunes. However, they decided to put their content on Amazon Unbox. The Problem is, unbox doesnt Work On a Mac. And You Cant Put Your Content on the ipod, because its on Amazon. Of Course, I could Run Windows so i can PAY FOR and Watch (only) the Show. However, i have to “come to them”. Its a lot easier (and cheaper– its free) to go onto bittorrent. Even for Windows Users.

If you look at recent Universal Activity, you may have noticed that they tried out DRM Free Music on Walmarts Website. However the Same Problem Exists: It Doesnt Work With a Mac. Again, you can go to bittorrent.

Who Really wants to go to an unfamiliar, restrictive service? What Mac User will Run Windows and Forfeit iPod/itunes Play just to PAY for Restrictive shows?

The Only Exception to All this is live Streaming with ads. Services Such as joost and NBC’s own Online Player work fine on the mac (assuming you have a great video card and fast processor.) However, if NBC wants to get “free Money”, then they will probably be forced to go back to itunes.
