The application and source code. This guide is for Tiger and possibly Leopard, but I do not know. It will show you how to create a program that will move a Finder window around without user intervention. The best part is you don’t have to write a line of code.
1: Open Script Editor.app (you can find that in your /Applications/AppleScript folder).
2: Press the button on the top of the window that says “Record.”
3: Navigate back to the Finder.
4: Open up a new window.
5: Move that window around, letting go of the mouse after every few seconds of moving (I find that lots of smaller movements create great looking animation.)
6: Once you are done, navigate back to Script Editor and click stop.
7: Save it to either a script or an application bundle. It is very important to not save it as an application because if you do, it will only compile for what architecture you are on. An application bundle is universal.
8: Click play and watch a Finder window go around the screen like magic!
(The source code for my version will be uploaded tomorrow or later.)
Radtech OmniCleanz Screen/Optics cleaner
Price: $6.95 to $14.95
Available at Radtech.Us
Rating: 8 out of 10
OmniCleanz is a safe, Affective way to Clean your Screen without the fear of It dripping to your Screen’s Death. Other Chemicals Such as Alcohol Or Windex Can Drip and Literally Fry your inverter Board. They can also Leave A horrible residue. Thats Where Radtech’s OmniCleanz Comes in. It Can clean Most Screens Without Damaging any of the Electronics If it Drips. The Bottle Even has a Fine Mist Sprayer Which Will Prevent any Of the Solution From Dripping in The First Place.
When I tested the Cleaner On Optical Disks, Coated (glossy) Screens, and Matte Screens, The OmniCleanz worked Quite Well. It Cleaned Any fingerprints or other dust as well as pencil marks. On the Matte Screen, I had to put some muscle into it to ensure that i cleaned off everything affectively, however in the End the Screen Was Much Cleaner. The Cleaner Also Cleaned My Mac Mini’s Brushed Aluminum Surface Very Well.
I found That if the Omnicleanz is Applied to a Mirror or Sensitive Surface, it can leave a Nasty Residue that is Hard To Remove. In My Testing With a Mirror and Hard Disk, The Cleaner Left a Residue. However, if you Use the Cleaner exclusively for LCD’s and Optical Disks, it should Work fine.
When Testing the Dry Optex Cloth on the hard Disk, It left Several Deep Scratches. This Cloth is Not Something I would Use Dry. However, When Wet, it is Soft And Affective.
My Main Concern about this Cleaner was it’s Conductivity. What’s the point in Paying for a Special Cleaner that would Fry your Equipment if it Drips? I Sprayed The Cleaner Directly On two Powered PCB’s. I also Sprayed it on the Power Terminal. I found that the OmniCleanz did not short the PCB’s or Conduct Electricity.
I was Very Satisfied with the Results Of OmniCleanz. OmniCleanz Is The Safest Cleaner I have Ever Used, and The Only Cleaner I would Trust On My Computer Equipment.
I gave this Product an 8 out of 10 because it did not Live up to all of the Manufacturers Specs, and Left a Residue on Some Of the Tested Surfaces. However, it Works Fine for Cleaning LCD’s , Optical Disks, and Brushed Aluminum.

Share ThisWhen The iPhone was introduced, steve said it was like buying a smartphone and an ipod nano. Later Reports found that You do have one Disadvantage: The iPhone does not Work with the Nike+iPod Kit. I have wated to try this out ever since it came out, but im not buying an ipod nano just so i can get a pedometer that plugs into it. I personally would like to see apple put the Nike Functionality on the iPhone. <——————–> End of Rant <——————–> – applgeek
